Business owners, do you ever feel like you’re running around like a chicken with your head cut off? Been there, done that.

There are so many moving pieces, clients, and tasks to focus on. It’s HARD to find a process that works & allows you to have some peace of mind at the end of the day. I think the biggest favor we can do for ourselves is find a way to work smarter, not harder. This way, we can have freedom and time back on our side.

Building out processes & utilizing different softwares for different tasks has been such a huge help to me & my business. When someone inquires with me, it comes through Honeybook. When I send out their contract, it’s through Honeybook. When they pay me, it’s through Honeybook. You get the point. This software manages projects seamlessly for creatives, and it is almost impossible to drop the ball on anything with Honeybook running things for me. Later: When social media is a big piece of our businesses, planning for it is crucial. This doesn’t mean you have to post everyday or have a strict plan week by week, but it’s SO freeing to get your social media tasks out of the way ahead of time. Nobody likes to scramble to post something because of a couple days of inactivity. Using Later helps me get on top of my social media tasks AND it helps me to plan out the look of my feed. As a photographer, that’s a necessity!

Quickbooks: This one is a non-negotiable for me & my biz. Quickbooks houses all of my finances throughout the year.
